You may not interfere with the operation of the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or circumvent any access or security controls.
Course Content & Licenses
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view that course's content for your own educational use, for as long as the course remains available on the Platform. You may not download (except where a feature expressly allows it), copy, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, or share course content. All courses are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Payments, Pricing & Refunds
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change over time. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a limited refund window for eligible purchases. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and all non-course content, is owned by Modwheel Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Course content is owned by the respective instructors, who license it to Modwheel Academy for distribution. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or any referenced policy, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your license to access purchased content may end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any course will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modwheel Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
