Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the conduct and content rules that apply to everyone who uses the Modwheel Academy platform (the "Platform"), operated by Company Legal Name ("Modwheel Academy", "we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Use. Using the Platform means you agree to follow this Policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or share content that: infringes intellectual-property or other rights; is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive; is hateful, harassing, or incites violence; is sexually explicit or exploits minors; or contains malware or other harmful code. Course content must be your own or properly licensed and must accurately represent what it teaches.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; manipulate sales, reviews, ratings, or rankings; spam or send unsolicited promotions; harvest or scrape data from the Platform; resell or share access to content you are not licensed to distribute; or use the Platform to facilitate illegal activity.

Security & Abuse

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without authorization; circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other security controls; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, including through denial-of-service activity or automated abuse.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling content, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, withholding payouts associated with abuse, and reporting activity to law-enforcement authorities where required. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this Policy, please report it to us at contact@modwheelacademy.example with enough detail for us to locate and assess it. Reports of copyright infringement should follow our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
